Slovak Chuvach

The Slovak Chuvach is a large dog with white hair and a strong nervous system. It is mainly used as a guard and shepherd for flocks of sheep in the mountainous regions of Slovakia. The Slovak Chuvach are considered one of the healthiest breeds, they have excellent immunity, they do not have genetic diseases. Because of their stubborn nature, the Chuvach are very difficult to train. Training should take place in a playful way, so it is easier to interest the dog in training, during the exercises the chuvach will not tolerate an increased tone and physical punishment, the dog will simply begin to ignore any commands. Weight: 31 - 44 kg. Height at withers: 59 - 70 cm. Life expectancy: 13 - 15 years.
