The Lhasa Apso typically exhibits arrogance and desperate stubbornness. Since, like all small dogs, Lhasa can be difficult to teach to keep the house clean, at first it is recommended to keep it in a special box. It is necessary to conduct intensive early socialization of the dog and take a course of obedience training. Persistent, unswerving, and consistent teaching based on praise and reward is needed.
