Leonberger requires early socialization and general training. However, training is given without difficulty, since it is a very intelligent dog that seeks to earn praise from its owner. Do not use harsh or arbitrary methods on the dog, training should be based on respect, fairness, firmness, patience and consistency. The Leonberger is a graceful, large and strong dog with an affable expression, but at the same time, it looks imposing and, of course, regal.
