Early socialization and obedience training is recommended. Goldador is an extremely sensitive and intelligent dog and should not be treated with harsh or arbitrary methods. Training must be conducted with firmness, fairness, patience and consistency. Muscular and sturdy, Goldador has a well-proportioned build and medium size. It is an athletic, hardy, and agile dog that is extremely friendly and generally displays a wonderful temperament. This dog breed is perfect for homes with children, dogs and other pets.
