Australian Kelpie

The Australian Kelpie is an independent and highly intelligent dog. Early socialization is recommended. Dogs of this breed do not react to rude or arbitrary methods, training should be carried out with the necessary perseverance, fairness and consistency. The Australian Kelpie gets along well with children with whom he is brought up in the same house, as for other dogs and other pets, he tries to graze all of them. The Australian Kelpie is not aggressive, but will guard and defend its family and territory no matter how great the danger threatening it. Weight: 11 - 20 kg. Height at the withers: 43 - 51 cm. Life expectancy: 10 - 14 years.
